The seller was responsive to messages and worked fast to address revisions. I already had a logo in mind when I contacted the seller and I was looking for a redesigned logo similar to what I sent to the seller. I didn’t like any of the logos that were created by the seller and chose to keep my original logo. Since I had purchased the brand identity package I asked that the branding be created around my current logo, which was green and brown. I was disappointed to see that the brand colors only included green and brown and there was no effort to incorporate additional colors into the brand identity.
Seller was very responsive which is great! She does well for simple logos. To translate the logo into an entire brand identity requires understanding the buyer’s brand intent and business a lot more. I tried as much to. communicate this but I have gathered it’s also really hard to communicate over messaging. I give credit to the seller for trying very hard. I am unlikely to be using the corporate brand guide as it is quite far off from my intended vision, and going to and fro in communication is more time consuming. I appreciate the effort that the seller has put in, I am happy with the initial logo design. And that’s good enough.
